Buy the Ivy Lace Knicker sewing pattern from Sew Projects. Say goodbye to boring briefs with the Ivy pattern! Ivy is perfect if you fancy making something a bit more special whilst keeping the same comfort as your favourite undies. The Ivy features side panels of stretch scallop lace and a centre panel of comfy stretch fabric. You can choose an ivory for a beautiful bridal knicker, or use a bright colour for a cute, playful knicker - the choice is yours.

Ivy has medium to full bum coverage and can be made in a high waist or a classic version to suit your style. The high waist comes to just above your belly button. The classic knicker sits at the hips. The leg openings are of standard height.

Suggested fabrics:

For centre front and back: Light to medium weight stretch fabric, jersey, stretch satin, stretch mesh, stretch lace. Recommended stretch 50%.

For side lace panels: Stretch lace with scallop edge.

Gusset liner: Cotton jersey.

Fabric requirements:

High waist: Stretch fabric (150 cm/120 cm wide): 0.5 m // Stretch scalloped lace (min. 16 cm wide, 17 cm wide for size 9): 1.3 m // Gusset liner (any width): 0.2 m.

Classic: Stretch fabric (150 cm/120 cm wide): 0.4 m // Stretch scalloped lace (min. 16 cm wide, 17 cm wide for size 9): 0.7 - 1 m // Gusset liner (any width): 0.2 m.

Sizing: 1 - 9 / UK 6 - 22. Please check the size chart.
